What if I don't have all the drawings yet?
We start with what you have. Missing information is logged as assumptions and exclusions, then updated when drawings arrive.
Can you use my preferred suppliers and rates?
Yes. Client rate cards and nominated suppliers are stored and applied automatically. Industry pricing is used only where you don't have a preference.
What is the Partner Plan?
A monthly retainer for businesses with regular standard projects — up to 8 estimates per month, rate-card storage, preferred suppliers and monthly reporting.
How long does a typical estimate take?
Delivery dates are agreed before work starts. Standard trade take-offs: 24–48 hours. Full tender packages: 3–7 days. All times are confirmed before payment.
