Do you set our mark-up or selling price?
No. Your rates, mark-ups, profit margins and selling prices remain your property.
Are the advertised prices fixed?
No. They are from prices. A final fixed fee follows scope review.
Are revisions included?
Simple tasks include one revision; complex tasks include three. SiteTrue corrections do not use the allowance. Additional customer revisions may be chargeable.
Can you rush a project?
No. SiteTrue does not offer rush or priority fees. A delivery date is agreed before work begins.
What work is excluded?
Civil works and fit-outs are outside the advertised commercial estimating scope.
Do unused Partner Plan projects roll over?
No. Unused standard projects do not roll over.
