Terms

All advertised SiteTrue prices are from prices. A fixed service fee, scope and delivery date are confirmed after scope review and before work begins.

Client inputs and decisions

Clients remain responsible for their own rates, mark-ups, profit margins, selling prices, project decisions and final tender submissions. SiteTrue does not set those commercial decisions.

Revisions

Simple tasks include one revision and complex tasks include three revisions. SiteTrue corrections do not reduce the included revision allowance. Further customer revisions may be chargeable.

Payment

Payment structures apply to the SiteTrue service fee, not construction value. Project-specific arrangements may apply after scope review.
